Japanese obento (lunch box) attracts attentions from abroad.  For most mothers, this is their first experience to prepare obento.  A young Taiwanese mother challenged to make tamagoyaki(Japanese omelet).  She was so delighted to cook it well.  It was so tough to find out various dishes and utensils in a big kitchen.  Imagine that instructors and learners from nine different countries cooked together in an unfamiliar kitchen!  We panicked a little, but, thanks to everyone’s experience as homemakers, each of them finished making each obento successfully.  Everyone seemed to be so happy with their colorful obentos.
