Two Afghans were the only participants from JICA Tokyo Training Center. The other nine participants came from French-speaking African countries. At Tsurugaoka Hachimangu Shrine, all of the visitors were deeply interested in the Shinto-style wedding ceremony which was being held. I was pleased that they could experience an aspect of Japanese culture. During the tour, though some of the participants were not accustomed to cold weather in Japan and felt tired, I believe all of the visitors had a pleasant time.
