The temperature of the day was 19℃ at its maximum, and it was drizzling and cold in the morning. There were would-be caregivers again among the trainees this year. As they are hard and calm, I am sure they will be able to live and work in Japan. I will give them support from now on. At Tsurugaoka Hachimangu Shrine, a Kamakura Local Entertainment Meet had been held. The participants danced to the lively music played by cute elementary school pupils all in the same happi coats, and took photos of the families celebrating their children for Shichi-Go-San Festival. Those photos will surely be good souvenirs. The short-term AOTS trainees will stay in Japan only for two weeks. I think the memory of tempura-covered hot buckwheat noodles and bowls of rice with toppings that they had in Kamakura will remind them of us KSGG people.
