The visitors are a teacher who works in the U.S. military base and her friend from Germany.
At Tsurugaoka Hachimangu Shrine, they saw children wearing kimono for Shichi-Go-San and a bride, and they took many pictures of them. At Zeniarai Benten Shrine, we all washed our bills saying, “We hope these will increase 100-fold” and laughed. At Sasuke Inari Shrine, they seemed to be fascinated by the lines of red torii gates that make a visionary scene. After that, we enjoyed walking along the Great Buddha Hiking Trail while chatting, and reached Kotokuin Temple, our last spot to visit. I finished guiding without any trouble, feeling tired but comfortable.
