At Tsurugaoka Hachimangu Shrine, my visitor was happy to listen to ohayashi music (music played in a festival) and see children in kimono for Shichigosan (the seven-five-three festival). After lunch, we walked all over the precincts of Hasedera Temple and then went to Kotokuin Temple, which she wanted to visit more than anything else. I was happy to see her being impressed with the real Great Buddha, which she also had longed to see. To see the ocean, which was another purpose of her trip to Kamakura, I took her to Yuigahama beach. It was her first experience to see the Pacific Ocean.
