Guiding a Thai Family around Kamakura

At Kamakura Station I met my guests. We went to Tsurugoka Hachimangu Shrine, enjoying cherry blossoms along Dankazura (raised platform) leisurely.  We watched the practice of yabusame (shooting arrows) for a while and moved to Hase. It was quite difficult for us to go through the crowd at Kamakura Festival, pushing a baby carriage. 
At Hase Station, we decided to spend most of our time seeing the Great Buddha, which was their main purpose.  Luckily on that day, tea ceremony was held, and kimono-clad staff served maccha (powdered green tea) and sweets, which made them feel happy.
Just before going back, their baby carriage broke.  However, a kind staff of the temple repaired it.  Near the Hase Station we took a late lunch and said "Good-by."
