Guiding JICA Participants around Kamakura—How Cheerful and Polite they are!

[Date & Time] Saturday, July 3, at 11:00~16:40
[Spots] Tsurugaoka Hachimangu Shrine, Hasedera Temple, and Kotokuin Temple (Great Buddha)
[Visitors] 11 participants from 7 countries, with 3 from Malaysia, 2 each from Peru and Myanmar, 1 each from Morocco, Thailand, Pakistan and Indonesia
[Special Visitors] 10 visitors
[Attendants] 21 KSGG members and 1 observer

There were many participants from Southeast Asia this time. They were cheerful and polite enough to greet me. Also, there were many special visitors, which could prove how hard KSGG members make their daily efforts. It made me very happy. As the beaches in Kamakura were opened on July 1, the trains were crowded, but we could visit Hasedera Temple and Kotokuin Temple (Great Buddha) on schedule. The participants liked the sea and took pictures of it from the square in Hasedera Temple.
