The leader of our KSGG attendants was pleased, because it was unusual to find the participants and the attendants talking with each other in four languages while guiding JICA trainees. The leader of JICA trainees from Bhutan controlled the other trainees marvelously in fluent English. According to this trainee, Bhutan, which is located near the Himalaya Mountains, is the only kingdom in the world that has the Tibetan Buddhism as its state religion. Characteristically, Bhutan’s national flag has a dragon in detail. Jigme Khesar Namgvel Wangchuck, the Tibetan dignity, reigns over Bhutan now. Agriculture is its main industry, and electricity generated by hydraulic power is its largest product to export, as Bhutan is located on the slope of the Himalaya Mountains. Bhutan, the capital of which is Thimbu, has a population of 660,000.
