The visitor came to Japan in Chrystal Serenity. First, we went to Tsurugaoka Hachimangu Shrine. We found no people on Dankazura because we had a heavy snow for the first time in 25 years two days before. She was so happy to see beautiful scenery with lingering snow which we could rarely see and early cherry blossoms on Yabusame Street.
For lunch, we enjoyed Shirasu Don (a bowl of rice with raw baby sardines on top). In the afternoon, we visited Hasedera Temple and the Great Buddha, where we leisurely walked around those places viewing plum blossoms because there were only a few people. At Yokohama Station, she couldn’t find “Naruto Shippuuden OST1’” and a cap with a logo of Japanese baseball teams for her niece. At the Osanbashi Yokohama International Passenger Terminal, she had an experience of wearing a Japanese kimono.
