The staff for this event gathered at Yokomizo Residence before 10:00. We prepared for the visitors. As a kimono-dressing teacher kindly came to help us, we could feel everything was ready.
When all of us put on yukata (Japanese summer kimono), the event started and we listened to the music played with koto (Japanese harp) and shakuhachi (bamboo flute) for a while. Ms. L bought a koto, because she had been impressed with its sound in the same event last year. One KSGG member in a brilliant kimono performed a dance with a folk song, which was a surprise. The visitors and KSGG attendants took more photos of her dancing. We enjoyed chatting while having salads and fresh cucumbers prepared by the director of this residence. Over the dish, we spent time, having a pleasant and friendly talk. Somehow, the foreign visitors in yukata matched the old folk house.
