Having a Private Viewing of the Exhibits at HARA Model Railway Museum

 HARA Model Railway Museum was opened at Takashima in Yokohama, where Japan's first railway started, on July 10th.  This museum has a massive collection of model trains and railway collectables and said to be the largest in the world. As the model trains made by Mr. Hara are perfect in scaling down and all the small parts and look like real trains, we feel like we are in the world of Gulliver's Travels.  Mr. Nobutaro Hara, who was born in 1919 and is now 93 years old, is still active as a curator of this new museum illustrating "the history of railway ".
