My visitors showed up at Kamakura station one hour late. At Dankazura walkway, female visitors enjoyed taking photos of each other, posing like professional models. At Tsurugaoka Hachimangu Shrine, they carefully followed the manner of visiting shrines, washing their hands at Chozuya, a water filled basin, and praying at the main hall properly. They also took interest in Japanese sake barrels on display. They took a lot of photos of a thousand statues of Jizo, showing their interest, at Hasedera Temple and shouted at the Great Buddha for its huge size and gracefulness.
