The honeymoon couple was quiet with beautiful smiles. At Hasedera Temple, they seemed to be very impressed with the topics such as an unlucky year, a temple bell struck 108 times to give a farewell to the old year so as to get rid of the sufferings caused by worldly desires, and Benten-kutsu Cave. As they are a newlywed couple and want to have a baby, they earnestly prayed in front of Fukuju Jizo (a guardian deity of children symbolizing a long and a happy life) and bought an omamori (talisman). At Hokokuji Temple, they took a lot of pictures of beautiful bamboo trees in the rain. I felt very pleased to see the happy newlyweds.
