Interpretation for Sankeien Garden Group
I covered Sankeien Garden, Yokohama Hakkeijima Sea Paradise, and Landmark Tower. Since Haneda Airport turned international, access to the cities south of Yokohama, which had been overlooked by foreign buyers, has dramatically improved. From 9:25 till 17:30 except lunch time, during every 20-minute session, I interviewed 13 buyers from 8 countries including Russia. There were some business talks that did not need any interpretation. One was an advertisement of “Yokohama Golden Route,” a new project, which will have the tourists spend the morning at Hakkeijima Sea Paradise, stroll in Sankeien Garden for two hours or so in the afternoon, have supper at Shin-Yokohama Raumen Museum in Shin-Yokohama, and spend some romantic hours at Landmark Tower enjoying the beautiful night view of Yokohama Water Front. Needless to say, this project will provide the visitors with a “Special Inbound Rate” in order to increase the number of visitors. Above all, the business talk covering the well-known Shin-Yokohama Raumen Museum was very useful.
