At Tokeiji Temple, we visited the treasure museum where the special exhibition on Dharuma, the founder of a Buddhist sect, was held. Various old documents belonging to this temple seemed to be interesting not only for foreign visitors, but also for Japanese, since Tokeiji Temple is known as a temple sanctuary for runaway wives.
We experienced Zazen at Kojirin on the precincts of Engakuji Temple, and then walked around the garden. We leisurely guided them up to the temple bell as there was no other tourist.
