It was our 20th guiding of foreign students around Kamakura in fall since our KSGG was established. We should thank all the members who have worked hard for this tour since then. Participated in this tour were a large group of 32 students of Yokohama National University, Keio University and the PIEE, their 2 babies, host families and friends. They were divided into four groups and visited Engakuji Temple in Kita-Kamakura first, where the leaves had just started to turn red and yellow. Then they walked to Hachimangu Shrine, where they were busy taking pictures of themselves with boys and girls in beautiful kimono as it was November 15, the Festival Day for Children aged Seven, Five and Three. Lastly, they visited the Great Buddha, where they enjoyed some quizzes and were given Japanese paper dolls as a present from KSGG. The tour was completed on schedule thanks to the cooperation of all the members involved. We hope to continue this tour in the future.
